Only the façade of the building has been preserved, as it is characteristic of the neighbourhood where the house is located, and the interior staircase, with its warped shape, for its great decorative value.
This interior staircase is the hallmark of the house. It was perfectly integrated into the new layout, becoming the main attraction of this space.
Furthermore, a fresh Nordic touch was added, marked above all by the lacquered woods, such as the interior doors, which offer a design reminiscent of the old wooden doors, but treated in a modern way with marked lines and detailed with Formani handles in a very special model and finishing.
Another focal point is the Grohe fittings which, in one of their special new finishes, make the difference through the details.
The furnishings and lighting complete the harmony. A meticulous work of each room was carried out separately in the search for furniture and lighting, resulting in this natural, sober and warm environment.
