This year, the fabulous magazine ‘Spen in’ has published our project ‘Pau 7’, a project carried out in the heart of Palma de Mallorca, in its Architecture section. It is an honor for us and we hope you like the report as much as we do. Thank you ‘Spen in’!

This high standing single-family home located in the center of Palma has been restored combining present and future, giving rise to a cozy construction with an elegant Nordic fresh touch.

This project, commissioned by Sophisticated Projects, has had the architect Miguel Arenas and the interior designer Marga Comas. Without a doubt, a very interesting challenge for ALIBAZ CONSTRUCCIONES.

The house is home to the spirit of the original housing thanks to the conservation of the facade and interior staircase for its great decorative value.
